The project creates conditions to improve the quality of life of children and young adults in centres for children and families, as well as children in their natural or substitute family environment.

Community care instead of institutional care
Project objective
To support the transition from institutional care to family- and community-based care and provide regionally accessible, high-quality spaces for children, families and professional teams.
What the sub-activity supports
- the purchase of land or flats for centres for children and families,
- the construction of family houses and essential interior equipment,
- spaces for professional teams and work with children and families,
- facilities for outpatient and field-based measures.
